HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER IF I AM OUTSIDE OF THE US OR CANADA?
For anyone outside of the US and Canada, I recently set up an Etsy shop so that you can place an order without the worry of any potential VAT issues. You can access my Etsy shop here, but you can also access them on a product's individual page in my shop in the "Product Description" section.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. It depends on the final weight of your package. You can see the shipping total during checkout before finalizing your order. All US orders over $30 receive free shipping.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
We typically package orders within the first couple days of the order being placed, but there are no guarantees. If the order volume is high, it may take us a week to get them shipped out.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Estimated shipping times are as follows:

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If there is tracking available for your order, the tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. All orders to the USA have a USPS tracking number. International orders may or may not have tracking, depending on the destination country.
WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM MY ORDER?
If I sent you the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or there is another issue, please email me at support@victoriaindesign.com and I will get a replacement sent out to you. Alternatively, you can get a refund, if you prefer. If the item fails to arrive a second time, I will simply refund the order. I will not send a package out a third time.
CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?
No. If you need to add another item to your order, you will have to cancel the first order and place a new one. Otherwise you will have two separate orders that will be shipped separately.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?
At this time, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

AN ITEM I'M INTERESTED IN IS SOLD OUT. IS THERE A WAY TO PREORDER FOR WHEN IT COMES BACK IN STOCK?
No. You will have to wait until the item is back in stock. We do our best to keep up on the stock of all of our art prints and card packs.
I'M INTERESTED IN A COMMISSION AND WANT TO KNOW MORE. WHAT DO I DO?
You can go to the Commissions page and fill out the form. I will follow up with you via email to discuss your commission, pricing, and timeline.
